Young Professionals Network (YPN)
The Lancaster Chamber’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) engages, educates, and empowers young professionals (YPs) to be collaborative leaders and effective business professionals shaping the future of our community. The YPN program offers career and professional development for a community of young professionals (YPs) across Lancaster County interested in expanding their network, increasing leadership capacity, and enhancing community knowledge for success in gthe workplace.

How does it work?
All young professionals from across Lancaster County are automatically “members” of the Young Professionals Network! We strive to make our programs accessible to everyone, and offer Membership and Subscriber options for discounts on program prices and access to free networking events. Young Professionals Network Advisory Group
In addition to Chamber staff, the Young Professionals Network is led by a volunteer Advisory Group of up to 20 young professionals from diverse industries, experiences, and backgrounds.

What’s on Tap, Lancaster? pours out the latest need-to-know trends, insights, adn strategies for young professionals in the business community. Featuring interviews with professionals from across Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, What’s on Tap, Lancaster? will equip and inspire the next generation of leaders to cultivate a thriving Lancaster community.
